The dining rooms, one which seats 120 guests and the other which seats 20, are heated by open hearth wood fires.
The dehors, with a view of the stream, can be used for open-air snacks and lunches.

Our home cooking and fine cuisine, prepared by Wilma and Giovanna, offer typical local and regional traditional dishes made with products from the area, including carla and renetta apples, Val Borbera and quarantine potatoes, free-range meat, fresh milk, butter beans, chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, Val Borbera cold cuts, honey, montebore, goats cheese, game, mushrooms, and truffles.

Michele and Dino will guide you in your search for typical local products, traditional dishes and regional wines.
